Those of you who have not gone to the MOCA Murakami exhibit yet, it is a must!!! This is probably one of the largest and most popular art exhibits at MOCA in a long time. I might even come close to say that this may be one of the most popular exhibits in Los Angeles for awhile too. Either way, it is absolutely amazing. Did I mention that it is gigantic and has its own Louis Vuitton store built in the museum along with towering statues. Forgot about trying to buy prints though, most were sold out in the first few days. Go before it is gone, then you will regret it.
It is because of this exhibit I decided to start a fan based Murakami blog. Trying to find more information about Takashi Murakami or even an informational website was quite difficult. I wish he had an official site. So I bring you today, TakashiMurakami.net. I will try and bring you current information and maybe a few things you never knew about the artist.
