    Louis Vuitton x Murakami

Alittle something for you girls out there. Thought you might enjoy the LV x Murakami goods. I know they are still selling them at MOCA if you really really want one.

    Supreme Skate Decks
    Wall art only!

I was looking around to see where I can buy these wonderful Supreme skate decks and ended up on eBay. Amazingly I watched as all three decks sell in an auction for $900. These skate decks are very limited and show the continued Superflat beauty he excels in.

Superflat is a postmodern art movement, founded by the artist Takashi Murakami, which is influenced by manga and anime. In a response to the homogenization of Japanese media and art, “Superflat” attempts to critique the vacuity of post-war Japanese culture, including criticisms of the otaku lifestyle, consumerism, and related issues.

I also wondered if there is some silly kid or yuppie hipster grinding through the meat packing district right now. I think I might piss myself if I saw that. Please someone take a picture of a kid actually riding one of these boards.
